1. Lower Temperature Rise

India sees ambient temperatures exceeding 45°C. A standard BMS running high current easily climbs over 70°C, causing cell degradation and thermal runaway triggers.

VoltZIQ implements a heavy copper substrate design, ultra-low RDS(on) MOSFETs, and optimal heatsink sizing. The result is a temperature rise of only 31°C at 60A continuous discharge under test conditions.

2. Multi-Stage Surge Protection

Grid-charged battery packs in India encounter serious voltage transients from fluctuating power lines, lightning spikes, and high-frequency inverter switching.

VoltZIQ integrates dedicated **SurgeShield TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) Arrays** at both charge/discharge gateways and peripheral lines, absorbing up to **15kV static discharge** and preventing catastrophic controller blowouts.

3. RegenGuard Braking Protection

Electric 2-Wheelers and 3-Wheelers generate enormous reverse current spikes during downhill rides or heavy braking over short durations. Low-profile BMS units fail when this voltage exceeds MOSFET drain source capabilities.

VoltZIQ's **RegenGuard Active Braking Protection** monitors back-EMF, dynamically clamping voltages exceeding 85V. This diverts dangerous surge energy and prevents over-voltage damage to battery cells and BMS components alike.

4. Fail-Safe Communication Core

Conventional Smart BMS units utilize a shared bus structure; if communication with the host app, sensor log, or CAN transceiver hangs, protection shuts down.

VoltZIQ houses an independent, hardware-level analog safety core. In case of UART/CAN interruption, Bluetooth disconnect, or software glitches, the analog safety hardware isolates modules immediately to keep cells secure.

Every dynamic event—such as over-current warnings, thermal spikes, or battery swaps—registers directly with **VoltzIQ Cloud Telemetry Worker** in milliseconds via high-coverage M2M SIMs.
