What We Validate, and How
Thermal Testing
IR thermography and load banks measure temperature rise at 50A/60A continuous in ambient chambers. The published +17°C / +31°C figures come from these rigs, with logged waveforms available.
Surge & Transient Immunity
TVS clamp performance is verified with applied surge pulses and inductive-load switching; clamp voltage and recovery time are recorded on every validation revision.
Protection Response
Overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit triggers are tested with programmed power supplies and electronic loads, measuring trip thresholds and latched-state response.
Communication Bus Tests
CAN 2.0B and RS485 Modbus framing, timing, fault-code reporting, and charger handshake are validated with protocol analyzers and simulated vehicle/charger nodes.
Balancing Performance
Cell-mismatch scenarios are created with injected imbalance, then we log convergence time, transfer current, and resolution until delta drops below 5 mV.
Soak & Cycle Testing
Long-run charge/discharge cycling and thermal-soak trials replicate daily Indian duty cycles, catching drift and early-life failures before fleet deployment.
Validated With Real Packs, Not Just Benches
Final validation happens on assembled battery packs from partner integrators and OEM programs.
Pack Integration Trials
The BMS is mounted, wired, and tested inside the actual enclosure with the cell layout it will protect.
Vehicle-Level Checks
CAN handshake with your controller, charging behaviour, and regen response are verified on the running vehicle.
Report & Sign-Off
Results are compiled into a validation summary your engineering team can review and approve before sampling.
