Manufacturing & Supply Chain
How VoltZIQ turns a certified design into consistent, traceable, shippable BMS units.
Repeatability Is the Product
A BMS that protects correctly once is a prototype. A BMS that protects identically across thousands of units is a product. Our manufacturing process is built around that repeatability — controlled assembly, tested boards, and serial-level records.
Sourcing
Qualified vendors, lot records, alternates
SMT Assembly
Controlled line with AOI + ESD discipline
ICT / FCT
100% in-circuit and functional test
Pack & Ship
Serial records, batch docs, OEM labelling
Every Stage Is Documented
Component Control
Incoming lots are checked against datasheet conformance and matched to alternates. No undisclosed component substitutes without an engineering change notice.
Serial-Level Trace
Each board is laser-marked and linked to assembly date, component lots, firmware, test results, and ship destination. Field returns resolve against this record.
ICT + FCT Fixtures
Calibrated test fixtures exercise every board — power rails, protection thresholds, balancing, CAN/RS485, and the current path — with a pass gate before labelling.
OEM Customization
Custom firmware versions, CAN maps, app branding, connectors, and mechanical form are coded per program — every unit verified against the program's own test profile.
Supply Security
Dual-source plans and rolling component forecasts keep your program running through semiconductor shortages and import cycles.
Batch & COC
Each shipment carries a Certificate of Conformity and batch documents your QC team can file against your own inbound inspection.
Scaling With Your Program
Sampling, pilot, and series runs follow a defined, documented path.
Engineering Samples
Typical lead time 1–3 weeks. Each sample is individually tested and shipped with its test record.
Pilot Run
A matched pilot batch validates your assembly line, wiring harness, and calibration instructions.
Series Production
Rolling production with batch records, COC, and scheduled reliability sampling on every batch.
