Production Functional Test
Every assembled board runs through functional test on a calibrated fixture — protection thresholds, balancing behaviour, communication, and current-path integrity.
Serial Traceability
Each unit carries a serial number linking component lots, firmware version, test results, and ship date. Field issues can be traced back to the exact build in minutes.
8D / CAPA Process
Field and production issues go through a formal 8D corrective-action process — root cause, containment, correction, and verification — reviewed by engineering lead.
Reliability Samples
From each production batch, sample units are placed on extended run and storage trials to catch drift, solder defects, and early-life failures before they reach fleets.
